Survival 1.16.5 loss tps

Hi, In the times made, there were 33-35 users connected but we have reached 45 and the server has lost about 2-3 tps, seeing the current times, what could it be the problem? I have the optimization guide for the paper 1.16.5, my server has an R5 3600X cpu and it is a dedicated server, is it normal or can something be miraculously improved? It is a survival with the map of the earth at a scale of 1: 1000 that is, it is a world of 20,000x20,000 in blocks, many farms, etc.

I made this image with the /lag when we had 45 users online

Also something else aside … Looking at the timings I have seen that there is a region with many Hoppers’s is there any way to fix this?

I’ve gone to those coordinates and I don’t see hoppers.

The sight distance is at 6, the mobs are practically limited to 20 per chunk.

Later I will take a look at it, although I have already used several guides and the thing remains the same …

And yes, I have the nether and the end on my survival server, maybe I have to make 2 separate servers for the end and nether?

Because the problem comes in that you cannot pass the things obtained from one server to another, or at least I don’t know how to do it.
