Server lag (Any ideas of improving FPS)

Hi, I had notice that when I run my server if there is 60+ players server starts to lag and I am not sure what might cause this issue.
Ram: 15gb

I post that on spigot however becouse I use paper it got removed heh xD.

Any idea of how to improve it.
I already optimized my config with settings from https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/guide-server-optimization⚡.283181/.

I also have world regenerated to 10000x10000
Did not generate the end and nether yet tho.

I am just not sure if it’s plugins fault our something else anyone have a bigger idea of what it might be that my server has 12tps on 60+ players, if there is -50 players server is fine.

Since when you’re having that issue 'cuz i’ve been having the same issue and it’s not about online count also if you teleport to another worlds it lags and your tps drops too

I would also maybe consider reducing your entity activations

How I can limit the entity?. Can yo show me how xD. I probably know but want to now for sure

entity activation range settings in spigot.yml to try to tame their activations, for mob limits, see bukkit.yml

My bukkit is:
spawn-limits:
monsters: 25
animals: 12
water-animals: 5
ambient: 3
and spigot:
entity-activation-range:
animals: 12
monsters: 16
misc: 3
water: 10

So it’s actually as low as I can already. + I have MergedMob plugin to fix this issues. Will try to fix the elevator plugin and creativesecurity issue and see if that will help
