Plugins that uses signs and gui acting weird

Server:
1.16.4, runs on a Linux Ubuntu machine
Problem:
Right-clicking a sign won’t do anything for ChestShop, SignWarper, or Essential’s Warp Signs
Some plugins that use a GUI doesn’t work; some do
Book plugin doesn’t work (Interactive Books)

I don’t have an idea of what caused this
